"Tracking Could Definitely Be a Little Better"
My order did arrive just fine in the end, so I don’t really have any complaints about the actual item or the delivery itself. That part was okay. The only thing that felt a bit frustrating was the tracking, because the updates seemed kind of slow and not as clear as I would have liked. I found myself checking it a few different times just to see if anything had changed, and most of the time there wasn’t much new information. Communication overall was average, not terrible by any means, but not especially helpful or reassuring either.

"Shipping took forever and tracking was useless"
The shipping was way slower than I expected, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. I kept checking it over and over, which just made the process more frustrating. What’s the point of tracking if it doesn’t actually tell you anything?

"Good prices, no complaints"
I was just trying to find the parts I needed without spending a ton, and somehow these were cheaper than the other sites I checked, which was already a nice surprise. Then the promo code actually worked too, which doesn’t always happen, so that made me happy. Shipping wasn’t crazy either, just fair and reasonable. Overall, it was an easy order and I’m glad I went with them.

I was just trying to place my order, but the checkout kept failing over and over. How hard should it be to buy something online? It ended up being way more frustrating than it needed to be.

I had to reach out about a warranty issue and, while the support team did help me in the end, the whole process felt a bit slow. I eventually got my replacement, so I’m glad it was resolved, but I did find myself waiting longer than I expected.
